Where will the mediation take place?
There’s a reason why many companies, even those with no ostensible links to the UK, choose to mediate their disputes in London. It’s widely viewed as the preeminent centre for dispute resolution.​
It's also convenient for multinational companies with operations around the world as, during the same day, you can liaise with Asia in the morning and the US in the afternoon.

For most mediations, I use the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC). This has earned a reputation as “the world’s leading integrated alternative dispute resolution hub”.
​
However, should you prefer to use an alternative venue (or even one of the participants' offices), I’m happy to travel, both within the UK or abroad.
