​Senior corporate counsel and international business executive turned mediator and barrister, he has decades of experience in commercial conflict management and dispute resolution.

Specialising in consumer electronics, information technology, industrial and telecommunication sectors, he’s on a mission to empower business leaders to build bridges with their commercial partners. ​Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Gaby has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, visiting 84 countries and territories around the world.

During a career spanning nearly 3 decades and covering more than 30 markets, he held both senior legal and business executive positions in billion-dollar global companies dealing with contracts involving the development, manufacturing, operations management, distribution, procurement, sales, media and licensing of products and services with customers and suppliers.

These positions included:

Head of Legal for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) for a $4 billion business

Vice President & General Manager for Northeast Asia, responsible for a $2 billion P&L

Chief Negotiator and Head of Commercial Operations Management, with oversight of contracts in excess of $20 billion

He also acted as a consultant to early revenue/start-up companies and has an extensive network of professionals and subject matter experts around the world within his reach. His roles included Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Global Sales.

As well as his legal and business qualifications, Gaby has technician degrees in chemistry and electricity and is an amateur photographer and radio enthusiast.
